Equal parts introduction and inspiration, creating your home begins with a guided tour of the S&B Design Center. During this informative 90-minute tour, your S&B Design Consultant will lead you through the many features of our Center, providing an overview of the products and options available, and answering any questions you may have as you customize your new home.

Following your guided tour, you’ll be encouraged to explore the Center at your own pace and start making preliminary design decisions for your home. You’ll receive a Personal Choice Catalog to help inform and record your selections, as well as note any questions you may have. We welcome you to visit the Design Center any time and as often as you like. Make yourself at home, while creating yours.

This is the big one! During your Selections Appointment, you’ll travel through the Gallery together with your Design Consultant, clarifying and making your selections room by room. Taking the time to ensure everything’s perfect is important, so this is typically the longest appointment, generally lasting around 3-1/2 to 4 hours. But it’s worth every moment.

At your final design appointment, your Design Consultant will review your design decisions together, making any necessary adjustments and ensuring a full understanding of the fit and finishes you’ve selected. Once happy with your choices, you’ll simply approve your design.
